Introduction
WallDrop4K respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Site to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and applicable law. This page explains how to file a takedown notice and what happens after we receive one.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a copyright takedown notice with us, please send an email that includes all of the following information. Notices missing required information may result in a delay while we request the missing details.
- 1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- 2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by one notice, a representative list.
- 3. Identification of the material and its location — the specific URL(s) on WallDrop4K where the allegedly infringing wallpaper appears.
- 4. Your contact information — including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- 5. A good faith statement that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- 6. An accuracy statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Please use the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice" so your request is routed and reviewed as quickly as possible.
Response Time
We aim to review and act on valid DMCA notices within 48 hours of receipt. If a notice is valid and complete, the material in question will be removed or disabled promptly, and we will make a good-faith effort to notify the user who submitted the material of the takedown.
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe material you submitted was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may, at our discretion, restore the material after a reasonable waiting period, unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringing activity.
Repeat Infringer Policy
WallDrop4K maintains a policy of removing content and, where applicable, restricting or terminating access for users or contributors who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright, in accordance with the DMCA.
