Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WallDrop4K (the "Site"), operated by Muhammad Saad. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

License to Use Wallpapers

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, WallDrop4K grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use wallpapers from the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only — such as setting them as a desktop background or phone lock screen.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific wallpaper, the following are not permitted:

  • Commercial use of any wallpaper, including in products, marketing materials, or for-profit projects.
  • Redistribution of wallpapers through other websites, apps, or file-sharing services.
  • Resale of wallpapers, whether individually or as part of a bundle or collection.

Intellectual Property

All wallpapers, images, graphics, logos, and content on the Site remain the property of their respective original owners, photographers, or licensors. WallDrop4K does not claim ownership over third-party imagery beyond the limited rights necessary to host and distribute it through the Site. The WallDrop4K name, logo, and site design are the property of WallDrop4K.

User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to systematically extract content from the Site
  • Bulk-download wallpapers using scripts, bots, or download managers designed to bypass normal browsing
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its systems, or related infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's availability or performance for other users
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
